We are a young, dynamic and multidisciplinary research group based at the Department of Organic Chemistry of the Stockholm University. We work at the interface between materials science and organic chemistry. Our driving force is to contribute towards a more sustainable world and to train the next generation of leaders in chemistry.
Our Vision
We want to make chemistry more sustainable, and we believe that catalysis holds the key for that!
In our group, we combine a number of different techniques and methodologies to achieve our goals.

Synthesis of new materials

Mechanistic investigations

Catalyst and reaction design
Our main research goals are:
-
Synthesize advanced materials for catalytic applications.
-
Make organic chemistry more sustainable through heterogeneous catalysis.
-
Improve our mechanistic understanding of heterogeneous catalytic processes.
-
Unlock the use of alternative feedstocks to generate value added products.
-
Implement circularity in polymeric materials.
